VSM-5A Variable Speed Nutating Mixer
The VSN-5 Nutating Mixer is a combination of an orbital shaker and rocker which produces a three dimensional action while providing gentle, thorough mixing without foaming.
This high quality unit can be used for a variety of applications including mixing or resuspension of specimens, tissue culture, immunoblots, staining/destaining, chromatography, etc. The VSN-5 Nutating Mixer has a variable speed of 5-40 rpm and operates at a 20 degree tilt angle.
Either a 5" x 9" table with removable nipple rubber mat for various tube sizes or an 8" x 8" table with removable flat rubber mat for Microwell plates, blots, petri dishes and cell flasks is available for the VSN-5.
The PRO VSN-5 is constructed of ABS plastic, comes equipped with 4 non-slip rubber suction cup feet to safely keep your mixer in place during operation, features a visible "ON" light, and is ideal for any lab with a small footprint of only 5.5"(H) x 5.75"(D) x 5"(W). The VSN-5 Nutating Mixer is also perfect for temperature sensitive samples in an incubator or cold room.

VSM-3A Variable Speed Vortex Mixer
The VSM-3 Vortex Mixer provides gentle to vigorous uniform vortexing action with minimal vibration, which is ideal for: resuspending pellets, vortexing cell suspensions or drug extractions, mixing tissue samples, enzymatic, and RIA assays and much more!
The VSM-3 features a continuous or a touch start/stop operation at variable speeds up to 3,000 rpm. This sturdy, reliable and durable vortex mixer is constructed of ABS plastic and has 4 non-slip rubber suction cup feet to safely secure your mixer in place during operation.
The VSM-3 comes standard with a cap for single test tubes and a 3" platform head for beakers, flasks and multiple test tubes. A variety of additional accessories are available that include, 10 or 60 place multi tube adapters as well as microwell plate adapters. The VSM-3's compact and sturdy design make it perfect for any laboratory.

HPS-7A Hotplate Stirrers
Micro-processor control - Regulates both heating and stirring functions. Samples are heated to temperature quickly and accurately. Speed is precisely controlled, and provides consistent stirring throughout the entire range. Ramping feature slowly increases speed to avoid splashing, improves magnetic coupling and provides excellent low speed control.
Ceramic or aluminum top plate materials - Ceramic tops feature a chemical resistant, reflective white top plate surface that's easy to clean. Durable aluminum tops will not crack or chip, and provide a more even heating surface.
LED display - Shows set point temperature. Display is easy-to-read and provides repeatable and accurate results every time.
Hot top indicator - For additional safety, hot symbol warning light is illuminated when unit is heated above 40°C. Remains on until unit cools below 40°C, even when heater is turned off.
Stir protection - If stirrer motor stops or fails, unit will automatically shut down heater (for stirring models).
Overshoot protection - If unit exceeds set temperature by 10°C unit will automatically shut down.
Recall last temp - Built-in memory allows users to recall last set temperature even when unit has been turned off. |

VSR-50A Variable Speed Rocker
The VSR-50 Variable Speed Rocker is an essential piece of equipment for any lab. The VSR-50 provides a rhythmic side-to-side motion and its variable speed allows for a gentle to vigourous movement. This makes it ideal for: gel staining/destaining, Northern and Southern hybridization, Western blotting as well as rinsing membranes.
The VSR-50 Rocker is resourceful in that it works with either a 12" x 14" (standard) or a 16" x 20" (optional) table. Both tables are easily removed and come equipped with a non-slip neoprene rubber mat and allows for an angle adjustment up to 15°. For increased work area without sacrificing valuable lab space, a second 12" x 14" table can be stacked above the current table with 5" stand-offs to create a dual platform.
The VSR-50 has a steel housing and can support up to 30 lbs, while ensuring for a smooth operation. Its variable speed allows from 5 up to 100 rocking motions per minute and is equipped with a 0-60 minute timer and "HOLD" feature.

VSOS-4P A Programmable Digital Orbital Shaker
Introducing the NEW VSOS-4P, all Programmable and Digital Orbital Shaker. Our durable, rugged VSOS-4 Orbital Shaker has now been redesigned to make every day use even easier. It maintains the same uniform motion that is both mixing and vortexing in nature. It continues to provide a smooth, quiet, reproducible and uniform orbital shaking motion (19mm circular) for a wide range of laboratory applications such as cell/tissue culture, hybridization, staining and destaining gels and much more!
This advanced Orbital Shaker has a Programmable memory for up to 4 different programs. Its easy recall function allows for quick entry of your program. Furthermore, the VSOS-4P has a pulse operation for a short processing run.
The VSOS-4P's Digital capabilities allow you to visually set the RPM Speed and Time. All up and down keys have a unique control. Press either button to increase/decrease 1 increment at a time. For faster settings, hold down either button to increase/decrease in larger increments. Time can be set from 1 to a maximum of 999 minutes or continuous mode, which allows for extended experiments and overnight runs. At the end of a timed run cycle, the end of run indicator beeps signifying the unit has stopped.
The VSOS-4P comes standard with a 12”x14” universal platform (with removable neoprene rubber pad) which can support up to 110 pounds as well as an adjustable bar support set to accommodate standard vessels or odd shaped containers. A variety of accessories are available for the VSOS-4P, such as additional bar support sets to increase capacity and clamps from 10ml up to 1000ml |
