Density Determination Kit

The density determination kit consists of apparatus which allows the user to weigh a sample in air and then weigh the same sample in water or other liquid with a known density.

The software in the balance takes the operator through the process and finally displays the resultant density on the LCD in g/cm3, compensating for temperature and for the use of alternative fluids when calculating the density of solids.

The density determination kit is compatible with the PW and PGW analytical balances.

There are 2 versions of the kit - one for the PW analytical balances and one for the PGW analytical balances.

The AE 201 indicator is a general purpose weighing indicator for use with strain gauge load  cells.  Run up to 8 load cells (with a max 350Ohm capacity) through a cingle indicator.

Standard Thermal Printer

 The Adam standard printer is a compact thermal printer which is ideally suited for use with the Adam range of laboratory balances.

This version records each individual weight value plus date and time on the AEA, AEP, AAA and AFP when enabled on the balance.

The printer is controlled direct from the balance and is supplied with an RS-232 connector which enables it to be linked directly to the AEA, AEP, AAA, AFP and ADG balances as well as the AMB moisture balances. As a general purpose printer it can be used with any RS-232 interface.

Used with the AEA and AAA analytical balances and the AEP and AFP top loading balances, the Adam printer will also record full calibration details in compliance with GLP requirements. When used with the AMB moisture balance, the printer will record the % loss in weight at each preselected interval, and at the conclusion of the test prints a record of the test parameters as well as time and date.
